What Time Will Poo Patrol® Show Up?
We operate like the garbage collection service—while we can't promise an exact time, we ensure your yard is serviced on your designated day. Our teams start their routes at 7:30 a.m. and continue until dark, efficiently cleaning yards without a fixed schedule to keep our rates affordable.
Will I know when you’re coming?
Yes, definitely! We’ll send you a text approximately 60 minutes before our arrival. If you’re early in our route, the heads-up might be around 15-30 minutes. We aim to be considerate and avoid too-early morning alerts.
How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Poo Patrol®. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take Gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard.
Do I need to be home for the cleanup?
Not at all! Just ensure that we have clear access to your gate, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Will my scoop day stay the same?
Absolutely! We keep your scoop day consistent week after week. Should there ever be a need to change it, we’ll inform you well in advance—no surprises!
